How We Can Help You
STEP 1
Consultation
We will either meet in person or have a online video chat and discuss your businesses needs and how we fit in the picture. We will then review your bookkeeping records, and based off that information we will give you a free plan of action on how we can help your business save time and money.
STEP 2
Setup & Check Up
If you’re new to QuickBooks Online, we will get your account setup. If you have an existing account, Great! We will deep dive into your account to identify any existing issues. This includes customizing settings, company preferences, connecting bank and credit card feeds and importing data from previous software.
STEP 3
Clean Up & Catch Up
Clean up and catch up on prior months to get your books accurate and up to date. This includes updating the chart of accounts, correct categorization of all transactions, reconciliation of bank, credit card, and loan accounts, and accounts payable and accounts receivable correction.
STEP 4
Ongoing Services
We will work with you ongoing, updating and categorizing income and expense transactions, reconciling bank, credit card and loan accounts, month-end and year-end adjusting journal entries, monthly financial statements, and annual tax-prep package for your tax preparer. All ongoing services are designed specifically for you and your business’s needs.
